Someting About Art Paper

Raw Materials: The main raw materials of coated paper are copper plate base paper and coating. Copper plate base paper with bleached chemical wood pulp or with part of the bleached chemical pulp, bleached chemical straw pulp on the paper machine made by copying. Copper base paper must have uniform thickness, small scalability, high raw material strength, good water resistance. Paper surface is not allowed to have spots, wrinkles, holes and other paper diseases, used for coating coating is composed of high quality white pigment (such as kaolin, calcium carbonate, etc.), adhesives (such as latex, starch, polyvinyl alcohol, etc.) and auxiliary additives (such as gloss agent, hardener, plasticizer, etc.).
Produce Way: Will be composed of high quality white pigment, adhesives and auxiliary additives and liquid days of high solid content of the coating, through the coating machine thin and uniform coating on copper plate base paper, and then dry, roll into a roll on the paper rolling machine, and then by the super calender for calender finishing.
